Job Title: INTERSHIP MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES

We are looking for a new graduate for an internship within the Manufacturing Technology Team at the Angelini Pharma plant in Ancona.
The internship will be conducted in close collaboration with the Team, supporting them in the following activities:
Technological Characterization of Raw Materials Support in the characterization of raw materials already in use and the creation of specifications for new materials using specific tools.
Chemical-Physical Characterization of Granulates and Finished Products Support in the characterization of granulates and finished pharmaceutical forms (tablets, mouthwashes, syrups, drops, suppositories, stickpacks).
Process Validation Support in drafting FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects, and Criticality Analysis) of products, preparatory to the drafting of process validation protocols for preparation and packaging. The activity includes organizing the process validations for solid, liquid, and semi-solid products.
Change Management Support in managing changes that optimize production processes.
Assigned Activities
- Knowledge of the preparation processes for liquid, solid, and semi-solid pharmaceutical forms.
- Assistance in drafting FMECA for the entire production process of products prepared and packaged at the Ancona plant.
- Technological characterization of raw materials and finished products.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate has a technical background with a predisposition to automation for the manufacturing of medicines (a degree in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies) and competence in using well-known software suites such as Office. A good knowledge of English is also required.
