Job Title: DEMAND & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Latina, IT
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The person, in the Supply Chain team, will manage:
- Customer relationship management
- Order Management (customer order received and SAP registration)
- Shipment activities management - pick-up booking; documents preparation depending on different countries requirements
- Forecast vs Demand Analysis (identify and highlight major gaps; root cause analysis)
- Flowchart definition
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree Economics & Management or other similar courses;
- Nice to have: previous experience in a similar role
- English Language (B1)
- Familiar with using MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Resolving Conflict and Problems
- Analyzing Information
