Job Description: 

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist. The person, in the Supply Chain team, will manage:

  • Customer relationship management
  • Order Management (customer order received and SAP registration)
  • Shipment activities management - pick-up booking; documents preparation depending on different countries requirements
  • Forecast vs Demand Analysis (identify and highlight major gaps; root cause analysis)
  • Flowchart definition

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree Economics & Management or other similar courses;
  • Nice to have: previous experience in a similar role
  • English Language (B1)
  • Familiar with using MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Resolving Conflict and Problems
  • Analyzing Information
