Job Description: 

Angelini Industries is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our Human Resource and Organization team. This role will support the management of group-level coordination of the talent management and talent identification process, as well as the management of potential assessments with the qualification of assessor.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As a Talent Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the co-design, development, and management of approaches, methodologies, processes, and programs related to Talent in order to identify and retain top talent within Angelini Holding and the companies in scope.

Your specific areas of responsibility will include:

 

  • Contribute to the development and management of Group Succession Planning and Talent Management processes, including the definition of ad hoc Talent Development programs at the Group level.
  • Provide advisory and methodological-operational support to HR Management structures and HR Business partners in management activities related to talent and people development.
  • Ensure the integration and harmonization of processes and solutions for Succession Planning and Talent Management with all HR processes within Angelini Holding, ensuring synergies and enhancing all areas of competence within other HR functions.
  • Ensure continuous improvement, updating, and monitoring of the area's systems and dashboards in coordination with the Group HRIS function.

 

 

 

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management. Assessor qualification is required.

As an alternative education, we also consider candidates with a Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Degree in Law, Degree in Economics and Business.

 

Linguistic Skills

B2+ English proficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent project management skills with a tenure not exceeding 5 years and at least 2 years of professional experience in talent management in consulting firms or in human resources private companies.
  • Availability for mobility.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and management of complex relationship networks.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory).
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
