Job Title: Travel Buyer

Angelini Industries is looking for a Travel Buyer in the procurement Team.
This temporary assignment is to support the Fleet & Travel management - Mobility team in the activities connected with the business travel and internal meetings management.
This assignment covers a maternity leave that the Fleet & Travel management team will have in 2024.
Aims and Purposes
The activities in scope include (but not limited to):
- Support the colleagues to manage the escalation processes with travel providers and the technical issue with the travel process
- Support the global implementation of the new business travel model (new agency BCD and new tool Concur) in all Pharma and Group Affiliates.
- Negotiate and maintains active commercial agreement with current and new business travel providers such as air carriers, train companies, hotel, etc.
- Ensure global governance and reporting of the business travel category in partnership with the applicable internal stakeholders
- Support the E2E procurement workflow (collect purchasing need, Rfx, contract drafting and supplier monitoring) to address all the project belonging to business travel and internal meeting requested from HQ and/or local stakeholders in line with all the applicable company procedures.
- Maintain frequent and trusted relationship with key internal stakeholders
- Ensure proactive and positive supplier relationship management, including (but not limited to) Business Review, Supplier Evaluation, SLA monitoring, etc.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree is required.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and business software (in particular excel and power Point as an advanced user). Fast learner when dealing with analytical tools.
- Previous experience in Business Travel/Meetings/Procurement or similar department is preferred.
- Good analytical skills and excellent oral/written communications, fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Capability to interact and collaborate with providers at local and global level. Aptitude to work in team (multifunctional or across teams from different Countries).
- Capability to work autonomously for the practice daily activities.
- Proactive approach, positive aptitude to the new challenges, agile mindset.
