Fameccanica – Angelini Technologies is looking for a highly qualified AI & Data Analytics Engineer to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics, with a passion for applying these technologies to solve complex problems and optimize production processes. The AI & Data Analytics Engineer will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning models to optimize production processes and improve product quality.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and industry experts to create integrated solutions.
- Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast production outcomes and identify potential issues.
- Implement data analysis frameworks and pipelines to streamline data processing and analysis.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in the design and execution of experiments to test new technologies and methodologies.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of AI and data analytics solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and data analytics, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial context.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong knowledge of data processing tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Hadoop, Spark).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation and robotics is an advantage.
