Job Title: HR ADMINISTRATION & PAYROLL MANAGER

For our Headquarter, we are looking for an HR Administration & Payroll Manager who, reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and coordinating a team of specialists, will be responsible for all employees' lifecycle administrative activities and for the whole payroll process.
Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of compensation and time-keeping aspects of the payroll process (attendance/absence, compensation items, system implementations);
- continuous collaboration with the external payroll provider for fiscal and social contributions aspects of the payroll process;
- accounting close of paychecks and payroll flow in collaboration with the external payroll provider;
- administrative management of employees' work cycle (hiring/termination, social security and welfare aspects, employee services, communications to the relevant institutions);
- management of regulatory/compliance activities (sustainability report, privacy, accounting and procedural audits);
- management of department administrative activities (service contracts, payments, purchase requests);
- management of mobility aspects (documentation for access to customers' sites, application of regulations on international secondments, technical visas for non-EU travel, expatriation);
- supervision of travel office activities.
You will be part of a young and collaborative team, with a great opportunity to have a significant impact on the HR function and the overall success of the Company. You will work closely with HR Business Partners in drafting procedures and guides for employees, as well as managing their requests on administrative and regulatory issues; and you will collaborate with the HR Cost Controller to set up data useful for managing labor costs and drafting HR KPIs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics or related field
- At least 8/10 years of experience in medium/large companies (more than 300 employees) or in labor consultancy firms with medium/large client companies
- Experience in leading and managing the entire payroll process on advanced systems (e.g., SAP, Zucchetti, Inaz, or equivalents)
- Experience in leading a personnel administration office and managing a team will be considered a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Preferable experience with Digital Reporting and Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability and aptitude to work to deadlines with strong flexibility and dynamism
- Ability to express supportive and results-oriented leadership
- Excellent knowledge of the English language
