Job Title: TALENT DEVELOPMENT & TRAINING SPECIALIST

For our Headquarters in San Giovanni Teatino, we are looking for a Talent Development & Training Specialist who, as part of the Organizational Development team, will support the management of Education & Training systems as well as Performance and Talent Management processes. Specifically:
Education & Training
- Support in the process of skills mapping and evaluation
- Collection of training needs and design of training programs, both internal and external, with a focus on cross-functional initiatives
- Management of the full cycle of training delivery
- Monitoring training KPIs
- Support in the design and development of internal training schools
- Management of the training budget
- Management of the Group Academy's educational initiatives
- Internal pivot for managing funding through professional funds
- Management of the onboarding process
- Key user of the dedicated HR management system (LMS), with a focus on resolving technical issues and improvements
Performance Management
- Support in managing the Performance Management system, from launching goal-setting campaigns to monitoring the evaluation phase, in synergy with the HR Business Partners
- Management of associated reporting
- Key user of the dedicated HR management system, with a focus on resolving technical issues and system improvements
Talent Management
- Definition of the talent and potential model and design of the talent management process
- Development of assessment tools, including integration into the HR management system
- Implementation of the talent management process, managing associated KPIs and links to training and compensation processes (e.g., creating individual development plans)
- Definition and implementation of succession planning processes
Additionally, within the Organizational Development team, the selected candidate will provide support for all HR cross-projects and initiatives related to Employer Branding, D&I, Internal Communication and Sustainability processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree with specialization in Human Resources
- At least 4/5 years of experience in HR teams of structured companies, focusing on training, performance, and talent management processes
- Knowledge of training funding processes
- Aptitude and predisposition for data analysis and representation, advanced use of Reporting and Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI), and proficiency in digital tools in general
- Excellent knowledge of English, paired with an open and international mindset
- Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Office 365 applications
- Dynamism, flexibility, proactivity, and responsibility, combined with the ability to work in teams and on projects
