The aim of the survey was to gauge the level of attractiveness of companies among university students – the future of the workforce. A total of 46.155 students took part from 52 Italian universities.
The results of the survey were used to create the 13th edition of Universum's Most Attractive Employer ranking for 2021. The ranking identifies the most desirable employers and sets out the reasons behind this, based exclusively on the answers of participants.
