Angelini Pharma enjoys a strong reputation in terms of attractiveness for new talent. This was confirmed by Talent Survey 2021 from Universum, a leading employer branding company. 
The aim of the survey was to gauge the level of attractiveness of companies among university students – the future of the workforce. A total of 46.155 students took part from 52 Italian universities.
The results of the survey were used to create the 13th edition of Universum's Most Attractive Employer ranking for 2021. The ranking identifies the most desirable employers and sets out the reasons behind this, based exclusively on the answers of participants.
Angelini Pharma was ranked in the Top 30 for Medicine students and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) students.

Gender Equality Certification

The UNI/PdR 125:2022 is a certification on Gender Equality that is voluntary and can be requested by companies from accredited certification bodies to attest the organization's compliance with gender equality principles.

It requires the adoption of specific KPIs, related to 6 evaluation areas that characterize an inclusive organization:

  • Culture and strategy
  • Governance
  • HR procedures
  • Opportunities for growth and Inclusion
  • Pay equity
  • Parental protection and work life balance

The goal is to bridge existing gender gaps and create sustainable and lasting change.

Health Friendly Company


Angelini Pharma has been named a Health Friendly Company by the National Observatory on Women’s Health and Gender (ONDA Foundation). The status is awarded to Italian companies that have excelled in looking after the health of its employees or that have embarked on a similar process.
In the first edition of the initiative, a total of 21 companies were honored. The Health Friendly Company initiative is a new project from the ONDA Foundation, which awards a two-year certification to companies that demonstrate they care about the physical and mental health of women and make an effort to provide them with information and raise awareness regarding women’s health, primary prevention and mental health.
HFC status is awarded on the basis of a questionnaire taking in a range of specific criteria, with this then validated by an Advisory Board. The companies honored all excelled in the areas of mental health and a focus on lifestyles. The initiative was a chance for us to talk about our focus on corporate welfare, our maternity and family policies and our integrated communications campaigns.
