You can either apply for a role that interests you or send in your CV to make a speculative application. The Angelini Pharma recruitment process starts with you!

  • Once all applications have been received, the Talent Acquisition team will complete a preliminary screening process.
  • Candidates whose profiles match with what we're looking for will be contacted and invited to take part in the next stage of the recruitment process. Recent graduates will be invited to a group assessment day (either in person or online), while those with existing experience will be invited to a one-on-one interview with a recruiter (in person or online).
  • If successful at this stage, candidates will be invited to take part in a further interview to discuss technical matters with their prospective line manager.
  • Everyone who takes part in the recruitment process will receive feedback at the end of the process. 
  • On average, the entire process takes between 30 and 45 days.
