For our Ancona Plant  we are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist, we offer a maternity leave contract.

 

Job Overview:

The Supply Chain Specialist will be responsible for managing the customer service needs of intercompany affiliates and coordinating products shipments. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for intercompany affiliates and will work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for intercompany affiliates, providing regular updates related to product availability, delivery timelines and shipment status.
  • Organize the products shipments and follow up until the products are delivered to the affiliate warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Collect the information from the involved departments to maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to trigger the client’s needs and solve the issues quickly and effectively.
  •  Address customer complaints and issues related to product quality and delivery.

Foreign Language

  • English fluency required.

 

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Engineering Management or International Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and SAP ECC software.
