Angelini Pharma is looking for a brilliant candidate to fill the position as Commercial Business Partner.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and monitor customer-facing activities, such as segmentation and account planning, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders of the account benefit
  • Define, coordinate, and monitor the process and execution of local Cross-Functional Team plans
  • Convey the voice of the territory to FL/XFT in a structured and representative way and embed field feedback into head office projects (e.g., POA – plan of actions, Business Plan)
  • Proactively support FL in the definition and preparation of Business Reviews, Performance Reviews, Country Reviews, and various touchpoints with Global
  • Coordinate special and strategic tasks for franchise evolution feasibility (e.g., scenario planning, due diligence on new strategies, etc.)

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  • 6-8 years of work experience in a similar role within analytical support/insights generation
  • Experience in Finance, Commercial Operations/Excellence and/or as a Pharma consultant
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry within commercial dynamics
  • Economics or business-related master’s degree
  • Analytical approach with the capability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills using differentiated communication approaches depending on partners' data literacy and seniority
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and a follow-through mentality
  • Advanced proficiency in excel and ability to easily navigate new dashboard solutions
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where ongoing prioritization is key
