Job Title:  STAGE GLOBAL ACCOUNTING & CONTROLLING

The Finance Intern will support the Global Finance team in various initiatives aimed at improving financial processes and supporting the financial health of the organization. This position will provide valuable hands-on experience in finance and accounting within a global company.

Detailed responsibilities are:

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, including variance analysis.
• Support the Finance team in developing forecast models and budgets.
• Help with the preparation of financial presentations for senior management.

Data Management and Reconciliation:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial data in the company’s financial systems.
• Support the reconciliation of financial statements and records.
• Help ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Special Projects and Process Improvement:

• Participate in special projects assigned by the Finance Manager.

LINGUISTIC SKILLS:

Fluent Italian and English

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
